Below is the online application form Old Saybrook 2016 Recreation Beach Parking Passes. Passes may be purchased online by filling out and submitting this online application on or after May 9, 2016 at 09:00 AM. Online passes are only available for residents and permanent renters. Please be sure to provide all required information with the application. Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive an email notification of your order. Upon verification of your information, you will receive an email that your order has been successfully processed and mailed to your indicated address. Resident Beach Parking Pass: Recreation beach parking passes are for use by residents and permanent renters only. Resident recreation beach parking passes are required for anyone wishing to park at Town Beach or Harvey's Beach. Town Beach Parking lot is for residents and permanent renters only. Havey's Beach is for residents and Non-residents. Non-residents can pay a Daily fee of $10.00 during the week and $20.00 on Weekends and Holidays. Part-time renters (1 to 4 weeks) passes (available at Park & Recreation Office only) are valid only at Harvey's Beach. Proof of senior (62 years or older) or veteran status is required when applying. A vehicle license plate number must be supplied for each car pass purchased when applying. The cost of the first resident beach pass is $20.00. Permanent renters and dockominium owners may only purchase 1 beach parking pass. Home owners may purchase an additional beach pass for $30.00. For seniors and veterans, the cost of passes is $10.00 for the first and $20.00 for the second. A $50.00 fee applies for lost or stolen passes. The 2016 resident recreation beach parking passes are valid calendar 2016. The 2016 Resident recreation parking passes will be available May 1, 2016.

Stickers are still available from the town. To purchase a sticker, please go to the Old Saybrook Parks and Recreation office. The Parks and Recreation office is located at 308 Main St and is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Wednesday from 10:00am - 4:30 pm; and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
